The Christian Leadership Conference is a time to develop YMCA staff and volunteers as Christian leaders through a faith-based conference that encourages personal and spiritual growth.
This Conference will:
*Provide tools to promote a strong Christian emphasis in participant’s home branch.
*Inspire and encourage others to grow in their love for the Lord.
*Create a community of Christian focused YMCA staff members across the region.
*Offer time where participants can experience God in nature.
